Travelling to Iraq on a Israel passport, you need an e-visa, applied for online before you travel.

The e-visa is issued through evisa.iq, and there is no in-person step beforehand. If your trip routes through Erbil (EBL) in the Kurdistan Region rather than Baghdad (BGW), you are dealing with a different, regionally issued e-visa, not the federal one.

The confirmation arrives by email, and it is worth having a copy ready for the immigration desk. Apply with enough lead time before your flight rather than counting on a same-day approval.
