Do I need a visa for Iraq from Chile?

Travelling to Iraq on a Chile passport, you need an e-visa, applied for online before you travel.

Entry runs through Iraq's own e-visa portal rather than a foreign mission. There is a wrinkle here: Iraq's federal e-visa does not extend to the Kurdistan Region, so travelers landing at Erbil (EBL) apply through a different, regional portal.

Bring the approval you get by email; border officers expect to see a printed or digital copy at the counter. Submit it ahead of your trip since it is not something you can arrange at the border.
