Travelling to Iraq on a Poland passport, you need an e-visa, applied for online before you travel.

Iraq's e-visa is handled entirely online through evisa.iq, with no embassy visit required. One thing worth knowing: this e-visa covers federal Iraq, meaning Baghdad (BGW) or Basra (BSR). If you are flying into Erbil (EBL) or Sulaymaniyah in the Kurdistan Region instead, that is a separate e-visa issued by the regional government, not the federal one.

Bring the approval you get by email; border officers expect to see a printed or digital copy at the counter. It is worth submitting the application a few days ahead rather than right before departure.
